Hi Dr Bellamy. My name is Kula Gerbanas. I have had Fibromyalgia now for 10 Years and struggle every day with excruciating pain and fatigue. As well as some sort of debilitating arthritis that has yet to be diagnosed. My fingers are quite distorted. I have a letter from my doctor and would like to make an appointment as soon as possible. Also I would like to know what your fees are as I am only on centrelink. Do you take this into consideration? I was a school teacher but have been unable to work. Desperately would like to go back. I would like to know if and how you can help me. I rely heavily on medication to get through each and every day otherwise I would be bedridden. Thank you for your consideration and look forward to meeting you.
