Hi @Lisadee8800 Welcome to the forums :)

By getting to the point of becoming a member, you are aware you are in good company ;)
Browse around, check out the various threads and I'm sure you will feel reassured to know there are others felling just like you are.

I found just knowing I am not alone, not crazy, just "dragonised by the fibro gremlins" has helped me so very much, and I'm sure you will find the same.

Welcome again 😁😁🐉🐉🐉🤗🤗🤗🤗

Hello, @Lisadee8800 , and welcome to the forum.
Every thing that you list is a symptom experienced by people with fibromyalgia, in various combinations or all at once, so if you are crazy it's not because you are experiencing all of these things! ;)

I am sorry that your husband is, apparently, not really believing you. Maybe if he does a little bit of research on fibromyalgia he will learn that all of these things are experienced by millions of people who have fibro. Certainly, people here understand.

You are not alone, and we are here to help by answering questions and supporting you in whatever way you want.

Yeah, that's what a flare consists of.
But most of these define fibromyalgia, contribute to the diagnosis.
Why I say I've been in a continual full flare for 4 years, cos my symptoms would be continual if I didn't work at them continually.
To help us and others "believe" we have this thread: "how to understand someone with chronic pain".
But something this invisible and strange just is hard to understand, accepting that a challenge, however good to meet it as soon as we can.

I feel like I've been in a continuous flare for years as well, Jay. 🙌☹️

I've only just read this thread and feel massively relieved to see that others here seem to get so many symptoms as well.

As I am newly diagnosed if asked what does fibromyalgia feel like I tend to just say 'all over body pain and fatigue' because these are what most people can understand. I keep it simple because most people ( I think) would assume we may be exaggerating if we were to give more details.

I don't have everything on this list, but then again have the joy of some different ones instead.

Another reason to appreciate being on this forum, - understanding.
