Hi
I am a skeptic about most natural treatments but my brother, who lives in Sweden, is a doctor of chemistry and works on creating materials to make artificial joints.
In Sweden it is common to buy dried rosehips (of the Dog Rose, I believe) and make a hot drink with it to treat arthritis.
In my brother's test studies it shows that this can actually create a substance almost identical to the natural lubricant in joints.
It is also best to use the whole dried fruit version rather than the finely ground powder as it makes a better drink.
Rosehip is expensive in the UK and much cheaper in Sweden, but has anyone else tried this?
