Racing brain

Anyone else suffer with a brain they can't turn off at night,
I swear with out my amitripoline I take at night I'd never sleep. I no if I've forgotten it I just lay there talking pure rubbish all night . It's like having a mad women sitting in my head talking away about anything and every thing.

It happens as part of anxiety. I'm not sure my thoughts have really been racing at night lately.

Anxiety. Sometimes even with meds I have to find ways to turn down the noise. Meditation or listening to meditation apps on my iPad help.

Lets see, could be the medication mixed anxiety. Problems manifesting itself in the middle of the night? I had troubles sleeping at night, but since I changed up my diet and fill my belly with a lot of protein and animal fat, I sleep like a baby.
