Pressure points?

Hello,
When my pain management Dr. diagnosed me with fibromyalgia, he pushed on a "few" of the pressure point sites and I had no pain or tenderness, nothing at all!

I asked him about it and he said I still have fibromyalgia because I have literally ALL of the other symptoms.

Does anyone else have this?

I am the reverse I have all the pressure points but i bet there are lots of people who will reply saying they have some or none like you.

I have them but not in all the areas you see in charts. Mine are my calf muscles, lower back, mid back, and sometimes hip area. I watched a dr from USCF on youtube discuss fibro and he mentioned that trigger points aren't that important in diagnosing fibro. It was also mentioned that sometimes the trigger points are painful to the touch and other times they aren't
