I started having pain in 2001 and have seen over 20 doctors/therapists/pychciatrist and am frustrated that problem is only getting worse. I also have degenerative arthritis, connective tissue disease, REM sleep disorder, depression etc. the only comfort I get is when I go swimming. I initially started this to try to help take off the weight that came from a lot of the meds I take but found it helped with my joint pain. My family tries to relate but no one really can unless they are dealing with the same issues
