Hello. I'm looking to share what I've slowly learned about living with Fibro for the last 21 years. I was diagnosed at 32, had to leave my job at 46, and am fighting to not become an "old woman" at 53.
I'm hoping to learn new information, coping strategies (one can never have too many), and ways to improve my energy levels, lessen flareups, and strategies for not becoming a burden to my family.
I will share what I've learned. I am very willing to commiserate but I can't handle negative complainers. I am especially interested in communicating with people who have long histories with fibro management.
If my story resonates with you, please post to my threat. Looking forward to meeting new positive people with new ideas!
Best,
Terri B
