Hi everyone!

I am new to this forum. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in April this year and had a really chronic flare in September, which led me to having to have a month of sick leave and cut back to part-time hours to manage my condition.

I'm slowly starting to get on top of it, however still have some very ordinary days.

this is my first day on this site. Why all the ads? I experience crashes pretty often. I also have spinal stenosis and idiopathic hypersomnia. My hip is a big problem too. What sleep disorders do any of you have? Medicade called me and told me I needed a Neurologist. I am thankful that they look out for me, even with my medications. They are wonderful!
