im a bit baffled .i have Hugh bruises all down my right arm elbow and. I have not hurt myself .there black and blue. I no meds can do it but just one arm?

Sorry about that forgetmenot. I have been getting odd bruises come up where i just rub a sore knot or trigger point on knees legs and arms .

If it carries on happening maybe mention it to the doctor.
