Hi, It is so good to find an active group. I am 75, have had Fibromyalgia for years before it even had a name. I know my grandmother had it also, as did her sister. It is depressing to state that I have had it over 50 years. I also have scoliosis which results in constant back pain, and now have osteoarthritis in back and hips.

But I am blessed with having a very compassionate primary doctor and also a pain doctor. I have not yet read any messages, so that is what I am going to do now. Hope to find and give hope here.

Welcome , 50year with fibro we have a veteran in our mist , it's lovely to meet ppl who have had it that long ,to know you have still lived a life and still fighting,I look forward to hearing any tip u have ,I feel quite the newbie now only having it 12 years hehe
