KD, Doctor stopped it after a few months. i'm allergic to many many meds. the fact i could take it and not pass out excited me that i can finally get some med help for this. sorry i cant help you with more side effects to watch out for. you do have other meds to go to. just give this one time. check with your eye doctor as well as your GP.
How do you stay so positive through all this:
My life is very hard on me and my wife. my son just moved back in so he can help. knowing that there is nothing more he can do but support me. i try to stay active and ive learned sometimes you just have to cry. then the pain gets to livable and just pick myself up and go. i cant stop the pain and the meds i take can kill me anytime. if i let this get me down then the pain gets worse. so i learned to stay positive. i get to see my wife and son each day. i get to say i love you to them another day, good or bad doesn't matter anymore. knowing i can help someone here keeps me going. ive paid a lot of money last year trying to find answers to all this pain. many folks dont have the money to try that. so i pass on what i have learned. these folks here keep me positive too. i know im not alone and they teach me things too. just as you will learn here and pass on what you learn for others. i just keep on keeping on. one day i wont be able to use this computer or get up to kiss my wife good bye. so best to be positive and thank god for each day he gives me with my wife and son, good or bad.
You have Fibro and it's not a life threatening thing, just a painful thing. dont let it get you down, that will only raise your stress level. keep positive for your son and try to do things that will keep you in low pain.
Im here for you and your welcome to chat one on one with me anytime.
Keep reading and learning. it will help you and your son.
