I just watched this video on YouTube, and I very highly recommend it.

Everyone with fibro should watch this video, and every doctor who is treating fibro patients should not only watch it, but take on board the information it gives and read up on the studies that this doctor talks about.

This particular video is 7 years old, but that doesn't mean the info is out of date at all. There are more recent videos by this person, and I am going to be looking at those as well.
