Hi my names Nan and Iv had fibromyalgia for about 20 years. Iv also got OsteoArthritis and RLS and spinal problems. Hoping to get to know you all. Bye. X

Hi Jemima thanks. I’m trying to find out how to use the site. 🤗

The search function is really handy. Feel free to ask if you have any questions - we'll all do what we can to help!

If you let us know what is confusing to you about the site, we can help sort it out for you.
:)

Hi thanks for your help. Do you have a guidance on where to use your website? I posted a message but it disappeared to I don’t know where and I’d just like to find my way around please. When it comes to technology I am lost. Thanks again. X

Perfect, it seems your tests were successful... you've posted 3 times in 2 minutes.
(You had to click on the blue button below what you've written with an arrow to the left saying "Post reply". Or does it look different on your device?)
OK now? What do you want to do next?

Hi it was a post a few days ago but at least Iv got that now. When someone posts day to day how do I follow the posts? Thanks for your help again. X

Hi Nan,

I know that using forums can be really confusing if you've never used this kind of website before. Let's see if I can help! I'll answer your questions one by one:

If you want to look back at your old posts, you can go to your profile following the link below, and you'll be able to see the posts you've created using the "Latest Activity" and "Postings" tabs.

The easiest way to follow what's going on here in the forum is to go to the "What's New" page. Any new threads or threads that have changed since you last looked at them will appear in bold on the list. You can click the link on the main menu bar of this website, or follow this link, and bookmark it for next time!

I hope that helps :)
