Ibs worsen . HELP.

My irritable bowel syndrom worsen than i thought. I just found taking b complex suplemen make my diarhea aggregate so fast. I can have diarhea more than 3 time a day. If i take multivitamin i have diahrea too but not as much as b100. I cannot remember the day that i dont have diahrea. I just checked my blood . my vit b - vit d- mag- cal- normal. The problem is my MCV lower than supposed to be. My doctor say anemia. I just cant take suplemen because my ibs. My testorone level normal too but i dont have interest in woman . Yesterday was so damn hard. My hand lose the strength . I cannot open syrup bootle. My leg so damn heavy. Depresion and anxienty all day long. I just feel this is end of the world. !

Are u low on vit D .i have ibs but that doesn't play me up.
Don't dwell on who u find attractive atm .your depressed and everything seems so futile .its not and u will have better days. Have u seen your Dr about your diarrhoea .if don't do so.
Today funny enough my legs feel like lead and my hands are shaking , all I can do is take it slowly , do a job then sit down .then do another job,and so on.But pls beilive your not alone xx
