tomorrow is D day for me,I see the mental health team. U would think after years of not knowing what's wrong Id he glad to go and I am.but I'm also abit worried what it is. There looking for bipolar.and today all I want to do is cry.

Forget, I'm here for you. Be strong. Stay calm and use this to learn as much as you can. Do research on what bipolar is and how it is treated. Find out how they test you for it. Be prepared. Have a plan write down the questions you have .
Remember these folks are try to help you. You are in control and can always turn down there help.if your crying then your on t in control. They may tell you like they tell me never seen it don't know what to do and I won't take you on as my patient. The folks here need you to help them too. Please let me know how it goes. I care.
