Hi! New here. Not new to CFS/FMS

After 31+ years with CFS/FMS, I finally decided to find a forum :wink:. Hoping to share what I know, and find what you may know, too. Over the years, I've tried many things to try to get relief and more energy without much/any success. SO, here I sit, still suffering, as most of us are.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to getting to know you. I'm a member of one other forum; a dog forum, and have made many friends since we all have something in common; just as we all have here....FMS...;and, maybe some of you also have CFS (soon to hopefully be called SEID, or Systemic Exertional Intolerance Disease), too.

Glad you found your way into this forum! So sorry you are suffering though. This is the place if you need to vent, complain or share what works for you. There are helps in this site you may want to check out. Hope to hear from you again.
