I am glad to be here! My name is Dasha, I diagnosed with Fibro three years ago. All my life had changed totally: relations, job,hobbies. But I try to keep moving! I also believe that our illness helps us to know ourselves deeper. Now I listen to my body and accept everything what it wants to tell me. Finding balance is the most difficult thing. Hope to find here new friends and share with my own experience,maybe it will help someone!

you have learned to listen to your body. this is so important.

i posted under general discussions a thread called what did you do when you found out you had fibromyalgia.

there are some good questions in there. please post there so we can see what you did and how you did it.
