Hello to everyone here. I'm hoping I can learn some new techniques to deal with my Fibro/RLS, etc... Also hoping to make some friends from all over the World here. I am 54, female, finished raising my family but recently adopted my two granddaughters. It has been hard going and couldn't do it without the help of their grandfather. It's been a daily struggle. Any new tips, natural/homeopathic herbs, etc. would be appreciated. Glad to be here!
