I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Kelly and I have been diagnosed with Fibro since 2006. Along the way, Sjogrens Disease, osteoarthritis and CFS have come for the ride. I am 43 with two boys and a hubby who is a non small ell carcinoma survivor.

Sorry it has taken me so long to welcome you in to the forum. I hope you will just jump right in and start posting questions or answers for others. We try to provide support for you on the bad days and lots of information and fun chatting with others on your good days.
There are places to share off-topic ideas and a place to vent on bad days, and remember to read the section on pain and fatigue management. Don't forget to read the older posts as they provide insight from many people.
I hope you will share how you cope and hints and ideas on day to day, living with fibro. Glad you found us and please visit often.
