Hello everyone. I just wanted to say good evening. I am a new member to the forum. I have become interested in learning more about fibromyalgia because my mom has been diagnosed with it. I would like to learn more about it.

Also, does anyone know whether or not it is hereditary? Thanks in advance for any information, guidance, and support!

Welcome to the forums, hope we can help your mother cope with this terrible condition. As for fibromyalgia being hereditary it's not really known. Studies have shown that certain families tend to have a higher amount of cases then others but nobody knows for sure.
