Hearing issues with fibro

Has anyone else have issues with hearing things at certain times? I thought I heard a radio commercial in the car the other day and no one else heard it. Then I think I hear what I thought someone says and they say they didn't say that. I just need to know if that is part of the brain not working together with my ears. And no i'm not bipolar or schizophrenic.

I haven't ever heard of that as a symptom from fibro. I wonder if maybe you are hearing something, some other sound, but faintly, and your brain is interpreting it as something else? I know that sometimes when I am out in open nature I hear insects buzzing that sounds a lot like distant human voices....so I wonder if it could be something like that, although not necessarily insects. Sometimes a person can have a ringing in their ears that can mimic human speech. I don't know, so I can't be much help, but if this is bothering you, you might want to talk to your doctor about it.
