Do any one suffer with headaches
I’ve had one almost everyday. I previously was diagnosed with migraines.
Lately have shoulder pain hand pain; swelling in feet, numbness tingling in feet and internal tremors with fatigue

Headaches are one common symptom, as are the other things you mention. But that doesn't mean you have FM. Get to a doctor and get tested for all of the things that might be causing this. FM is a diagnosis of elimination, so you won't know what is going on until you are tested. Please don't self-diagnose, as that is not a good way to go.

hello Kumanisean, if you have been already diagnosed with fibromyalgia, then yes its a possibility. I have all of the symptoms you mentioned and more...
But best consult a doctor to get a diagnosis.?
