Flare And tailbone pain

i went away for 3days to the beach. We were lucky it was sunny. But now being back home im in a flare.even my eyeballs hurt.i can't think of one part of me that doesn't hurt.
I'm also suffering with really bad tailbone pain .any ideas how to ease it.i had this for two months so far.

Am I really the only person on this site who has tailbone pain.i don't no weather to see that as an achievement , or a let down lol

I don't have tailbone pain sorry. But maybe a soft cushion to sit on would help?
