Fibromyalgia pain all over body and burning sensations

I'm currently awake in really bad pain all over body and a really bad stabbing burning sensation and scared it's something else.
I was diagnosed in March.
What can I do to stop the pain and burning anyone had this before.

Here is my best advice, in the post below.
We have all had some version of what you are experiencing.
FM is not something you can solve by just one method or taking a pill. It's systemic and has to be managed systematically. Read my post and start doing some or all of these things and see if anything helps.

If I may butt in for you: B complex means a combination of B-vitamins, usually B1, B2 and B12. Careful with B3. B5 if skin is sensitive. B6 if you don't remember your dreams, some say. Since many B complex supplements are low dose, I prefer trying high doses and buying them separately. I did a whole vitamin & mineral supp. regime for 3 months which was sposed to help fibro, but it didn't do anything apart from making some of my bloods rocket (OK: 5mg-B12-injections will do that.)
So whilst that may help some against the fibro-pains, Creola's suggestion is targeting the nerves. For general fibro-pain I'd refer to sunkacola's advice, which I agree with fully.

I just happen to notice when I ran out of B complex I would get more burning pain but I also use more rose geranium in my pain lotion and that helps as as well. Different things work for some and some not so much. All you can do is try.

I put the oil in a base lotion. I use Hempz. You can use oil directly but test a spot first to make sure you don't have a reaction. In another post I put the recipe for pain lotion. When I couldn't get out of bed for a month and a half I started reading about essential oils and trying different combinations. It's not 100% but definitely helps me.

Hello thank you all for your feedback it's great to get talking as I feel so alone and helpless. I have today brought some geranium oil and also some b supplements so hopefully will do something.
