Feeling $#!&*

Have been feeling crappy all day. Got up this morning and walked the treadmill for about 15 minutes. Legs are sore. My calves and the sides of my legs ache, but it's my shoulders and arms that just won't let up. Feels sore and a constant ache. If I had had my pain med with me I'd have taken it, but just getting by on Ibuprofen and Tylenol.

I went to the pharmacy near my home looking for fibro cream - pain away but they do not carry it. So I had to order it from internet. Hope it gets here soon. Can't wait to get off of work.
