I have heard that Boston has a really good doctor who specializes in Fibromyalgia, because his wife suffers from it. My friend sees him when ever he needs a western medicine doctor (my friend sees the naturopath too - he referred me to him.) I can get his info if you're willing to drive to Boston. I'm sure Worchester has someone decent, but I don't know personally.
