Cramps

Anyone else get cramps I only have to more my feet the wrong way or my legs and the cramp .my blood test came back fine .

I do, but not as often as I did two years ago.. I got really bad cramps and what seemed to be sciatic pain two years ago. It was awful! Are you consuming enough potassium?

Warm water bathing might be helpful for your cramp.

I used to get that, all the sudden my finger or toe would would lock in place. It is from a difficency, sorry can't remember what supplement I took. Do some research on net, treatment for .... list u symptoms, u will find it
