just diagnosed but have probably had for at least 30yrs. but had gotten to the point where i couldn't stand up from sitting and walk, go up and down stairs,felt like my feet were going to break in half with every step and couldn't sleep. thought i was going to loose my mind.

Catbird, hello and welcome. I am a bit behind in saying hello, but trying to catch up fast. My life is busy in caring for my mom, and I get behind in welcoming new members in and encouraging you all in join in and post and ask questions. We try to be very supportive and offer many ways to deal with problems and medications, alternative methods and ways to manage fatigue and pain. I hope to see many more posts from you around the forum.
