For a couple of years now i have had a blocked dry nose and those who have read my recent posts know i have a nasty coated tongue that is not respondng to all my oral cleaning and rinsing.
My mouth tastes horrid and i know i mouth breathe sometimes at night. My mouth gets dry from meds and general stress.
I drink plenty eat healthy have recently developed IBS and acid reflux.
Any tips for the nose and extra mucus that seems to be in the back of my throat.
I know there is post nasal drip and i never considered having that too.
Gosh i know its not like pain and fatigue but i hate feeling manky when i am so fastidius
