I was diagnosed with fibro over 21 years ago.
In that time I have tried everything, and I mean everything! To no avail, some things worked for awhile but then back into the hell.
Five days ago I had a procedure done that is called an atlas alignment.
I am experiencing more energy and the brain fog is lifting.
I am however experiencing some muscle pain up and down my back which is logical because the muscles are now having to hold my spine in a different position. This pain is different from fibro pain. I am not experiencing that ache all over feeling.
I am optimistic that this will provide some relief. Will keep posting to let everyone know if this is an effective treatment.:smile:
