Any natural remedies for dry eyes?

Hello!

I experience dry eyes on a daily basis and it actually affects my eyesight. Has anyone experienced this and if they tried or came across any natural remedy? I've tried fish oil, but even at the largest dose there is no improvement.

Oh yes this is horrible as is the dry mouth, I find it hard to control at night as it wakes me. I have on a couple occasions woken with my eye lid stuck to my eye ball, them when I open my eye it rips a layer off my eye and I end up with an ulcer, oh that’s cruel.
I use hylo-forte drops, they are in a pump bottle. If it’s really bad at night it’s best to use a cream as it does last longer.
I personally don’t like the creams or mouth gels as when your so dry it cakes up
I was diagnosed with sjogrens 13 years ago.
