Allery Season and Fibro

Good Morning All! Sitting on my couch this morning waiting for my meds to kick in so I can feel at least half human. Also have my humidifier going with some Vicks inhalant so I can BREATHE!

Does anyone else see an increase in their fibro symptoms when the pollen count is high? Before life with fibro, I always suffered through allergy season even with all the new "cure all" medications available OTC.

Azaleas in bloom and car covered in pollen = misery. These are the days that I pull out a good book or watch some recorded TV shows until I start to feel human again.

Morning stiffness seems to be off the hook...

Judy,im dealing with allergies of all kinds. i haven't look at the pollen count to see if its related. i will do that, thanks. im sure that when i have the allergy hitting me that it does increase stress so my fibro must be affected by it. i too am waiting on my meds to kick in. yesterday they didnt kick in at all. i hope yours starts to work soon.
