I have just celebrated 4 years of my pain and symptoms in a silent state. I am not cured, but I live my daily life with no active symptoms. To all out there the possibility is there, many are living this way. Keep your hope alive, and find a way that works for you.

Congratulations! I have hope. Finding the right combination of diet, exercise, meditation, medications and letting go have improved my symptoms significantly. I still have rough days, but I am okay with this new "normal." I feel fortunate that I was able to stop working for nine months while I focused just on me. So many others do not have this luxury.
