Aching

Does anyone else stuffer for a Constant ache.
It got very bad lately and now it’s keeping me awake ,it’s like having flu all the time

Sometimes I have that. Usually only in certain areas of my body. sometimes it will be my legs, sometimes my hands. It pretty much stinks, doesn't it? I am lucky because it is not Constant, but comes and goes. Lately, though, it's been my hands so bad that I can hardly do anything without a lot of pain.

Constant ache.

Hi @Forgetmenot. The Ache is my core symptom. Comes from various triggers, but mainly from overdoing it.
So I've learnt to control it by pacing, but my supps also help. To get to sleep, I can wash it away enough with a short cold shower...
