Vibration machine for fibromyalgia

Hi Jamie march
I just had to reply to your post as my sister brought these 3 gadgets to me that all vibrate, the big purple plate is about £70 in the UK so could probably be too expensive in the US.

However the 2 other gadgets in the pics are only about £4 to £6 pound in the UK and I have used them all since Friday, the one that has pics of feet on can be used for hands aswell, the vibration goes right up the arm muscle, and has helped immensely for my arm and neck pain.

The small one can stick to any part of the body and has all different settings for what would suit each individual, and can take any where with you, and I will, the one that has the feet on sends vibrations and other sensations from the other settings right through the muscles in the legs.

I am truly grateful to my sister for giving me these gadgets as I was so miserable with pain, and now it's so much more bearable to cope with on a daily basis.

I really hope anyone who reads this post will try these gadgets and see if it works for them, as I know what works for one person might not work for another, but for me it's been life changing.

I also take chaga mushroom supplements for muscle recovery, so that might be helping aswell I take one a day and they are 60000 mg they cost £20 in the UK, and I also use the cbd tub and the magnesium which works for me aswell.

I do look after my diet and eat good food and try not to eat any processed food and eat low sugar aswell.

I would really like to have any feed back for anyone who tries any of the vibration gadgets, and hope it works for many fybro sufferes, as we need all the help we can get and more

Take care and keep well fybro friends.

I apologise I attached a pic but must not have clicked the right thing to reply to your post. I just had to reply for the information on vibration.
My sister gave me 3 gadgets for vibration the one in the pic it looks like a mouse pad with a pic of feet on it, it is about £4 to £6 in the UK online and some of them websites are selling for £50 for the same one. And the smaller one can be bought on line aswell for a reasonable price.

The smaller one sticks on any part of your body that hurts and they both work for me, so I am more than happy to pass this Information on to see if they help anyone else.
They both have different settings and different levels so you can try from low to high, and you can take them any where with you on your travels to use.

the vibration plate is a big one that my sister gave me, it's called a vibro plate this one costs about £70 to £100 so quite expensive but the 2 smaller ones work very well for me and I use them about 3 times a day for about 10 to 15 minutes.

I know that not everything works for everyone, but if any of these gadgets help anyone I will be happy as some fybro sufferers are going through hell, as I was myself a few months ago.

I know it's not going to leave me but if I can manage the pain to enjoy my life with my hubby and family that will make me happy.

Please let me know with your feed back if any of these items helps anyone

Take care fybro friends

@Kitkat57 would you mind providing some more information so that I can find these on the internet? A brand or a model number/name or something?

Yes of course because my sister gave them to me, they were not in a named box but I will attach a pic they are called an ems foot massager that can be used putting your feet on it, and also your hands which sends a current right through for pain and lots of other benefits.
Then you will see in the pic a mini ems which can stick on to any part of the body were you need it most. Go for the cheapest price as they all do the same thing, and charged with a usb

The big purple one the pic is a vibro plate, there are different brands my one is called vibra power and that is electric and is quite heavy, I truly hope any of these items help you, as they are helping me.

I had a vibration plate years ago. It was a good one. It cost me 1 thousand pounds exactly . It was the second one i had as the first one was out of one of those big catalogues people use for home shopping that sells almost everything. It was quite cheap the first one. The thing was that there is a special way that the plate vibrates the first one only went from side to side i didnt know that when i bought it that there were different kinds of vibrations. When i found out i decided to get one that not only went from side to side but vibrated back and front. Its so fast you would never know or see it moving. The second onei did not even feel it moving at all and my body did not shake the way it did with the cheap one, it just felt like a vibration inside my body. I cant say it did a lot for me as i got ill not long afterwards with gallstones. To cut a long story short after all my problems with the gallstones and other illness i had i was on a forum by the british liver trust and i asked them what they thought about using vibration plates and they were totally against it. Mine stood in my hall for a few years and it was a big one with handles that you would hold while you were on it.i eventually gave it away for free just to get rid of it.
I had quite a few liver problems and that was probably why i was advised not to use it. Im 73 and i had it in my very early 50s or late 40s
Im sure it was called the Super 8. I got that one just with an on line search. I have had many big expensive machines as i always wanted to be strong. I dont suppose that's much help, but at least you now know that there are different ways that it moves and not to get one that only goes side to side.

Hi there and thanks for replying, the cheaper version are the ems pad and stick on version on the body they are cheap if you shop around.
I was lucky to have mine given to me, but they are good the vibration on high goes right through the legs and arms circulating blood around the body.
It has helped me so could help others I really hope it can help someone to make life more bearable
Thanks again and take care

I use a Vibit which I find helpful. Three different speeds and easily charged.

I looked on Amazon and found what appeared to be at least a dozen options for whole body vibration machines. The reviews on the one I hope to buy were 5’s and a few 4’s. Nothing less than a 4. True, there were less than 10 reviews, but this machine has only been out since August of ‘24. The cost is under $140 with coupons available at this time.

I am super excited that this machine might help me, as I just found out this morning that my recent blood work up shows liver damage. Not sure of cause, BUT I’ve been taking the max doses allowed on the OTC bottles most days for the past year for bad fibro flares. Obviously I will need to stop taking the OTC’s, but the thought of having no med for the pain is almost more than I can bear. I will write again soon with the brand name when I make a decision about which brand to buy.

Me again. The brand name given on Amazon is Feierdun. Assisted version Vibration Plate. Sold by FED Fitness. Cost with coupon available on Amazon at checkout as of 1-21-25 (not including tax but free shipping) is $129.99. I promise I will post a review after I get a chance to try it for at three days! So excited!

Check my info on a hopefully wonderful vibration machine on Amazon…there are two responses to see from me. Im JanetlovesJesus
