Regarding brain fog, and losing words. In the early months of my dad’s dementia, his doctor told me the “word salad” was getting worse. After his explanation of the phrase - I realized that what Fibro fog is. The brain tosses the words, and the mouth says what the brain wants. For dad - he slid on ice, through a red light, and t-boned a police car. He told the officer - the light turned purple & I slid on the plate.
So - just a different way to look at FF.
