I am a retired HR Professional, mother and grandmother. I love life and am happily married to Andrew. I have written a book called the Adventures of Bertha for my grandson and grandmother and have fibromyalgia.
I self diagnosed in 2014. The diagnosis was confirmed by an neurologist in 2015. Before Fibromyalgia I was career driven. Now I am health driven. I work hard to maintain a quality of life. It is difficult but I have lots of support. My husband is my rock. My family and friends add colour to my life which is full and rewarding.
