    Hay hun this is hard as it effect us all but in diffrent ways learning to pace find your baseline pain relief rest and camamila tea ( relaxes the nevous system) befor bed or flare up i have fibro and me cfs exercise can help with fibro it knocks me out with me cfs

    just be kind to yourself take each day as it comes ive had to learn to stay well clear of stressors which is impossible lets call it avoidance for now however focusing on the good stuff having things to look forward to can really help hug x
