  • Has anyone read about Wilson's Temperature Syndrome? Since my FM diagnosis more than 30 yrs ago, I have tried in vain to find pain relief, and I rarely sleep. This is my newest find and am hoping someone can tell me more about it.

Well, of course, when we can't get on we look for and at all kinds of stuff. T3 might be hard to get prescribed, but why not try Lipton's techniques if you haven't yet (EFT, Gratitude, Inner Child, Psych K, Bengston Energy,
Hypnosis, RTT, NLP, Emotion Code...) for me Yoga Nidra and ACT are more effective for my brain and have far more evidence.

You say all kinds of supplements: which? I've tried about 100, the 46 I'm currently taking for my 3 main conditions are helping. And what about the 20+ physical treatments like acupuncture, acupressure, myofascial release etc.?
Diet you say only unprocessed foods, so I assume you've tried eliminating gluten, meat, dairy and the Mediterranean diet?

Body temperature: how low is it? Mine is 35,5°C.
Do your teeth / fillings contain mercury? That made a big difference to my diffuse symptoms incl. hair loss decades ago....
