    Thank you @srdodla123 thats a kind thing to say. I have been helped and supported so much by forum members its just right to try to give the same back if I can. No one knows how hard fibromyalgia can affect us more than us who have to live with it. I find the forum a safe place to be able to ask for advice or to vent my frustrations. I hope you continue to feel the same.
