    Auriel My posts are old; slower at 81 yrs. Have FMS 35 yrs We do NOT get used to it. Daily struggle. Most important: DO WHAT YOU CAN not what you want or used to. FMS = VERY big life changes. Forum's a great help! Only do what you can. Good luck. we're victims not nutjobs
