More tricks than treats

If you saw the way I looked this morning, you would think I had on my Halloween costume. Bad night with knee pain again...what is it about sleeping on my side that makes the left knee hurt so badly...so I've been up since 4 a.m.

Looking forward to Thursday when I get to see the physical therapist. Please pray for me that they have answers.

Dropped by the pain specialist yesterday and switched my prescriptions out to tramadol to help with the fibro. Can't do without that medication to keep the widespread pain at bay.

Just having a hard time mentally right now...always happens when pain is constant....keep telling myself tomorrow is always hope for a better day.

Hope you are experiencing low pain levels...the weather has been so nice here and I am watching it through the window...
